We use servers in the EU to process and store Personal Data, these servers are provided by our third party provider Survey Gizmo.

We will retain your Personal Data indefinitely whilst you are accessing any of our services or as agreed with the client. When you stop accessing services, we will retain some restricted personal data for a period of time to allow you to download any client data, after which all data will be destroyed.

We ensure that you have certain rights in relation to the Personal Data we process. These rights to access, correct, amend or delete personal data vary by location and only the rights available to you in your physical location will be enforceable by you under this privacy policy.

Access requests are free however we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to comply with requests when such request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

We do not transfer personal data relating to individuals outside of the EU.
